On May 25th from 5-9 p.m., Crime Stoppers will be hosting a dine out in the East Atlanta Village to generate interest in a pair of cold homicide cases. The event will be held on the three year anniversary of the murder of Patrick Cotrona on May Avenue, a tragedy that shook up our whole community. In addition, Atlanta Police Officer Alfred Johnson was shot and killed over 35 years ago on Flat Shoals Avenue during a robbery. The two men have never been caught and the murder remains unsolved.
Come out and support this effort to generate new leads in these cases, and to raise money for Crime Stoppers. Among the establishments supporting this event are The Earl, The Glenwood, Tomatillos, Grant Central Pizza, The Midway Pub, The Graveyard Tavern, Joe's, 529, Holy Taco and The Elder Tree.
