If you are going to be out of town, please let us know no later than midnight on the day prior to your departure. If you miss the midnight
cutoff time, we'll simply wait until the next day at midnight to process your form.
To notify the EASP when you'll be out of town, attach an out of town patrol form to an e-mail and send it to easp610@gmail.com. We will accept either a Word version or a PDF version of the out of town patrol form. You can also fax a copy to the EASP at 866-274-1827. If you wish for the EASP to forward the out of town patrol form to Zone 6, check the appropriate box at the bottom of the form. Should you elect the Zone 6 option, APD officers from Beat 612 will attempt to check your home during each of their three shifts each day you are away. The EASP officer will also check your home at least once during every shift they are working.
After we process your out of town patrol form, we will send an e-mail to inform you that your request has been submitted to the EASP officers and to Zone 6 if you elected that option at the bottom of the form,
If you don't have someone who can pick up your mail and newspaper each day, you may fill out forms online to temporarily halt service. You can have mail held by going to the USPS website. You can stop the paper at the AJC website.
