To celebrate the start of our 10th year of operations, the East Atlanta Security Patrol (EASP) is offering the month of September free of charge to new members!
Since September is one of our worst crime months, we're offering this opportunity to join now without waiting until our next scheduled entry date of October 1. This also means that you may receive extra patrols when you're away for any of the upcoming holidays, including Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Members can submit a form and have extra attention paid to their homes by both the EASP officers and Atlanta Police Department (APD) officers in addition to the regular EASP patrols.
Be sure to invite your neighbors to join as well, as EASP patrols are allocated based on the volume of members in each part of East Atlanta. One of the incentives to join is that more members on your street means more frequent patrols, in addition to the obvious benefit of more patrol hours for the neighborhood as a whole.
