I 100% for sure saw this car parked behind an empty rental at 1979 Terry Mill Rd. at 11am yeaterday. I even pulled in drive behind it to check it out. I thought it was just someone looking at the rental property. It was definitely it, and I let DCPD about it last night. There was a break in on our end of Terry Mill 6:30 PM, too.
